RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Claims for Issues or Defects:

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • If the issue is due to our error, we will cover the costs.

If you or your customers encounter an issue with the product or order, please submit a problem report immediately.

Return Address & Process:

  • Returns are directed to the default supplier facility address. Upon receipt of a returned shipment, you’ll receive an automated email notification.

  • Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

  • If you use an address other than supplier's return address, you assume responsibility for any returned shipments.

Wrong Address:

  • If the provided address is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Reshipment costs will be customer's responsibility once an updated address is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sealed goods, including but not limited to face masks, are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene concerns. Returned face masks will be disposed of and not reshipped.

Customer-Initiated Returns:

  • We highly recommend our customers to contact us  before initiating a return for the smooth returning process.

  •  we do not accept returns or provide refunds for buyer’s remorse.

  • Returns for size exchanges or face masks are at customer's discretion and expense.For size exchanges, Customer themselves need to place a new order at your own cost.

EU Consumer Notification:
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights:

  1. Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are non-returnable.

  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons are also non-returnable.

Frint.Fi reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion under these provisions.

Language & Governing Law:
This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations.
